Main guestion is starter kicks in flywheel - sometimes turns over ? Not fuel or electrical problem, selenoid checked, new starter and all fuel lines. Flywheel can turn by hand out of gear. Does the flywheel turn a complete circle to start or just back
got a 79 and did the same thing, wiring, you got the wiring back on, but not in the right order...my 70 turns over at least 4 times before it fires. You have to have the right solenoid on this as well, no automotive four pole, makes sure it is for a

Sunset Marina and Anchorage in Stuart, Florida: Green and Clean
You have a car? Park it in the lot behind the office. Need a ride somewhere nearby? Take the shuttle service. Want to take your doggie for a walk? There are special waste bins along the walkway for disposing of doo doo. Hungry? Take a three-minute walk to the Sailorās Return restaurant, owned by the marina, for food, drink, and nightly entertainment. A bluewater sailor friend of mine asserts that education is the key to the programās success. Iām more regulation oriented but hope heās right. A compact booklet designed by the Florida DEP is distributed in the marinaās office, lounge, and ships store. Signage throughout the marina keeps the message in front of mariners. Two self-serve pumpout stations for marine heads (bathrooms) are at the gas dock. Pumpout boats routinely service boats in the anchorage. Disposal bins for fishing line, recyclables, and trash are clearly labeled and on the piers. Even boaters, handbook in hand and who embrace āgreenā have trouble following all the proscriptions. I am one of them. My Boston Whalerās ancient two-stroke Evinrude outboard motor does its share of adding gas/oil to the Westport River. (Newer four-stroke engines run much cleaner but weigh and cost much more.) Thereās no safe repository at my local boatyard for rags I use to clean and degrease the motor, and the ThinX I use to clean paintbrushes after I apply bottom paint to the Whaler. I work hard to properly dispose but would welcome a āgreenerā system in the boatyard, which is not required by law to have them on site. With immense coastal perimeters that are the draw for most of its residents, Florida cannot afford to neglect its assets. According to the DEP, Florida has 8400 miles of shoreline, 7000 lakes covering 3 million acres, and 51.000 miles of rivers, streams, streams, and creeks. Eighty percent of the population lives on the coast and more than 800 people per day move here. No one is more than 75 miles from water no matter where...
